A MEMORABLE AFFAIR...

I'm sure someone's curiosity is piqued as to what i've decided to talk yap about 2day...
Its been on for a while now and it just kips getting better everyday; I mean who can resist such tempting offers to have fun and just basically lounge!
This last date was so memorable i thot i would run outta my mind....so much fun and twas totali unplanned for...
I got y'all riled up abi....this single chic yarning about a memorable affair can only mean one thing...?? Wrong!!
I'm talking about my birthday jor....Hmmmmnnn,warped minds!

The 8th of October for me has always been a special date...
As a matter of fact....tracing this way back,the figure '8' has always been special to me..
Com'on! Why would anyone liken a lady's hourglass shape to the figure '8'?
With that said, '8' is just a very sexy figure...QED(hope u aced mathematics?..you'll understand what that means if u did)

08/10/2010....started on a very ordinary normal note with this pretty hardhat not knowing what 2 wear.
Scratch that i actuali did , but my cousin cum fashion designer did not get my immaculately designed shirt ready !

Guys these days do wanna look good,its no  wonder why single people are so in a rush to stay hooked. Sights I saw back then were just regular guys with neatly shaven heads,neatly pressed shirts and pants and regulars types of flats and shoes....... These days i wonder if we have a freaking circus going on; from the hair to the clothes(and their weird colours),skin and the shoes, looking good has been changed full circle ....(hey 2 d likes of Omarion-at least awon colours yen o bad....Naija boiz dudes where art thou?).

Adding accessories sef is an overkill....
The females....Lets just say if i were a guy hmmmmn,Mothers would have to lock up their daughters 'cuz meeeeehn,it will be tewww bones!....LOL.
From lace wigs(still don't understand that) to Brazilian hair, Funmi Hair, Malaysian Hair, Asian Hair, Remy Hair...list's endless!
Some look really nice.......

While some are are outrightly terrible(no pictures plssss!!!)
We are learning to always switch our styles up a notch and its coming out so well these days even the average girl selling plantain by the road side is dressed to the teeth(testimonies on the streets of Bodija in Ibadan.....LOL!)
Main point - Chics are not afraid to embrace all that in a bid to outdo themselves and look spectacular.

The time is 3:46am on this beautiful Thursday and I'm up.
Lemme add at this point that I do not have an ounce of insomnia and my work
does not require that I wake up this early.
I had a dream,well not exactli either,whatever this experience could be named,it
was the most surreal one ever. I saw my cousin so vividly-my late cousin actually
She's been gone like 7 years now and I got a jolt into reality when I saw her in
my series of uncoordinated dreams;ranging from a night out with Banky W to a surprise
Birthday present(not until Oct. 8th BTW) and then my bursting into the living room
to see my favorite,pea-in-a-pod cousin sitting and looking so angelic in a white top
and green pencil skirt.
Needless to say that was not even the last outfit I saw her in...
Life is filled with so many unexplainable events and this just so happens to be one
of such. I'm yet to decipher this message and I hope it makes sense afterall.

IS IT OK???

On so many occasions, I have had the opportunity to be the listening ear to quite a number of my girlfriends. They usually come around to have a shoulder to lean on and vent, and in most cases i ended up being the shrink to the 'patient(s) on the couch'.
We as females all know that its an 'unwritten code' to date a friend's (ex) guy even if they are no longer together. I have never been in that situation before on either sides of the coin and i know that as humans we are so quick to judge and point accusing  fingers at d 'culprit' in question.
Therefore I ask: Is It ok?????
